RIBEIRÃO DAS NEVES, MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL – MARCH 30, 2013 Married couple was found dead on a country road in the rural area of Ribeirão das Neves. Both showed signs of execution – close-range gunshots to the head. Their burnt-out car was also found at the scene.
They were identified as 30-year-old Flávia de Paula França and her husband, also 30, Alex dos Santos Ferreira. Police investigations revealed that their murder might be connected to drug trafficking in the area. Alex was a well-known local drug dealer nicknamed “Cachorrão.”
