MEXICO CITY, MEXICO – SEPTEMBER 24, 2018 Bar named “Odisea,” located at the corner of Canal de Miramontes and Ciruelos streets in the Coyoacán neighborhood, became the scene of a murder. Two armed robbers, a man and a woman, broke in and ordered all the bar patrons to lie on the ground with the intent to steal their personal belongings. One woman, 40-year-old Fabiola N., refused to cooperate with the robbers. She even began insulting one of them, likely encouraged by alcohol. This provoked a sharp reaction from the robbers, who shot her without hesitation, killing her.
