ISTANBUL, TURKEY – FEBRUARY 20, 2024 Cold-blooded murder took place in the Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul. Özkan Y., 24, approached his stepmother, Dilek Y., 38, from behind and killed her with a single shot to the head. The moment of the attack was captured by a security camera.
As it later turned out, Özkan Y. was a drug user. His parents did not like this and kicked him out of the house. This was the probable motive for the murder.
