CHELYABINSK, RUSSIA – SEPTEMBER 16, 2020 36-year-old neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich was found dead in his detention cell. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for promoting Nazism and attacking mariuhana dealers. The case was initially investigated as a suicide, but a forensic autopsy confirmed that he was tortured before his death.
