UKRAINE Brutal footage from a Ukrainian drone shows the neutralization of a Russian soldier. The explosion kills him on the spot and tears him apart. On closer inspection, it can be noticed that the soldier appears African. It is likely one of the African unwilling mercenaries whom Vladimir Putin’s regime sent to their death.
