LAGUNA SALADA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – FEBRUARY 22, 2025 Man identified as Yedu Pie was brutally attacked with a machete while working on a farm. He suffered serious injuries, including deep open wounds and the amputation of a thumb on his hand. Doctors described his condition after being transported to the hospital as critical.
The attacker was identified only as “Toto.” According to local media, his motive may have been a love triangle. Yedu allegedly had a sexual relationship with Toto’s current girlfriend.
Unfortunately, no further updates on Yedu’s health condition were released. It is therefore unclear whether he survived the brutal attack or not.
