Severed arms found in stream

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – JULY, 2025 Severed human arms were found in a stream in front of the FAETEC Campus building in the Quintino Bocaiúva neighborhood. It is not yet clear who they belong to, and the matter is currently under police investigation.
