LIMA, PERU – APRIL 7, 2025 In the Villa María del Triunfo district, a violent crime occurred in which a young man was killed after a street conflict.
According to information from local Spanish-language media, the incident took place after a prior argument between several people, which quickly escalated into a physical attack. During the fight, one of the men was repeatedly stabbed with a knife and suffered serious injuries, which he succumbed to at the scene.
The victim was identified as a young man (in some reports stated to be around 20–25 years old), whose name was not consistently released across media outlets. The perpetrator reportedly fled the scene after the attack, but police have launched an investigation and are working with the theory that it was a personal dispute that escalated into violence.
