ATE, PERU – OCTOBER 14, 2024 Communication teacher at the school “Julio C. Tello”, identified as Julio Pacheco Pimentel, was shot by a hitman right in the school building. In a video captured by CCTV he can be seen being shot 3 times in the chest. Julio collapses to the ground and the killer meanwhile gets on his motorcycle and flees the scene.
Witnesses say the hit man was disguised as a justice department worker, which allowed him to walk through security with a gun. This caused a stir among parents who became concerned about their children’s safety at school.
