MANILA, PHILIPPINES – APRIL 20, 2017 14-year-old Jezelle Justine Mallari was in the wrong place at the wrong time. She was hit by a stray bullet during a gang shootout. The bullet went through her right eye and into her brain. She died on the spot. The suspects in her death are two men on a motorcycle caught on a security camera.
