DHANAU, RAJASTHAN, INDIA – NOVEMBER 13, 2025 17-year-old Rahmatullah died after sticking his head out of a bus window while it was moving. According to available information, the young man was chewing gutka (chewing tobacco) and wanted to spit out the remainder. When he stuck his head out of the window, the bus was passing an oncoming government veterinary vehicle. The vehicle struck him and caused fatal injuries.

The accident occurred near Alamsar on the road between Dhanau and Chohtan. Rahmatullah was decapitated by the oncoming vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Police subsequently seized both vehicles and began investigating the circumstances of the accident.
According to witnesses, the young man had repeatedly been sticking his head out of the window while the bus was moving. The case once again highlighted the dangers of sticking body parts out of moving vehicles.
