VENEZUELA Brutality of torture in Venezuela knows no bounds. Two dudes, presumably gang members, were captured by their rivals. They were having painful fun with them. While one of them lies bloodied in a corner, the other is suspended from the ceiling upside down like a punching bag. He takes punches and kicks while the others laugh at his suffering.
