ECUADOR, 2023 When gang-related violence surged in Ecuador in 2023, President Daniel Noboa sent the army into the streets to control order and undertake operations against gang activity. When they caught a hit man working for a gang, they had little mercy for him. The video shows him being inhumanely tortured and insulted. While he lies naked on the back of the truck, the soldiers beat, kick and insult him. They want to know where he hides his weapons.
