Torture of Vietnamese scammers as a result of competitive war

Group of Vietnamese scammers have been kidnapped by their Cambodian rivals. They tortured and humiliated them inhumanely as a result of the competitive war. They say they took most of their customers (scam victims) and they stopped making as much money. Among one of the victims is a woman tortured with an electric taser.
