SÃO LUÍS, BRAZIL – JUNE 12, 2021 Four suspected men were detained by the Polícia Civil do Maranhão in connection with the murder of 23-year-old Jakeleni de Oliveira Sousa. They left her headless body on the railroad tracks to make it look like a suicide. According to available information, the 4 detained men are members of a criminal faction.
