APURE STATE, VENEZUELA Serious traffic accident occurred on the Achaguas–San Fernando highway, claiming the lives of three men. They were traveling together on a motorcycle when they were hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene. Witnesses stated that the driver was significantly exceeding the speed limit. All three suffered devastating injuries that they had no chance of surviving.
