BANGAR, ROSARIO, LA UNION, PHILIPPINES – FEBRUARY 8, 2017 Four female corpses were found in the bushes below the cliff. They were identified as Evangeline Ballesteros, 33, Marilyn Salazar Sampaga, 29, and Belinda de Vera, 41 (cousin of the previous two). Two of them had their heads smashed and Belinda had multiple stab wounds on her body.
Police psychologists suspected that revenge was behind such brutal murders of three family members. It was found that the victims had been murdered in another place and the perpetrator had just thrown them off the cliff to hide them.
