TikTok influencer shot dead in broad daylight

PADRE HURTADO, SANTIAGO DE CHILE, CHILE – OCTOBER 24, 2023 The well-known influencer Sabrina Durán Montero, 24, who was mostly active on the social networks TikTok and Instagram, was murdered in broad daylight. Two hitmen approached her as she sat in her car and opened fire. They hit her with at least eight shots.

Sabrina went by the social media names Katrina Gusman and Juakina Gusman. On TikTok, in particular, her posts had millions of views and more than 500,000 followers at the time of her death.

Even though Sabrina had a considerable income from her social media, she also had a part-time job – drug dealing. Locals who knew her said she was notoriously known as “La Ina” in the drug dealing world. The police are working with the version that her murder was related to this brigade. They think she was murdered by a rival cartel.

Police chief Leonel Muñoz said Sabrina had a criminal record for dealing in stolen cars and drugs and was released from prison about a month before her death.

While behind bars, she allegedly had a sexual relationship with her cellmate, Antonella Marchant. Antonella was the infamous leader of the Los Marchant drug cartel. She was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2021.
