TIBET, CHINA The video shows a Tibetan butcher/cemetery worker dismembering a deceased woman in a traditional Tibetan funeral called “Sky burial”. In such a burial it is normal to cut the body into small pieces and feed it to birds (vultures). At the end of this ritual, the bones are also crushed and mixed with barley flour. Nothing is left of the body and it is returned to nature.
