BELÉM, PARÁ, BRAZIL – MARCH 26, 2025 Collision between a motorcycle and a truck happened in the afternoon in the Curio-Utinga district, on Joao Paulo II Avenue, near Doutor Freitas. The accident claimed the life of a woman identified as Liliann Danielle Paixao da Silva Martins.

She worked as a nurse at a hospital. Her husband picked her up from work on a motorcycle and she was on her way home when the accident happened. Upon impact, she fell off the motorcycle directly under the wheels of the truck, which ran over her, squeezed her intestines out, and killed her at the scene.
According to a police statement, the person responsible for the accident is the victim’s husband, Jhon Paulo dos Santos Nascimento. He reportedly lost control of the motorcycle while trying to drive over a high curb. He also suffered injuries and had to be hospitalized. However, information about his condition was not released.
