MONTERREY, NUEVO LEÓN, MEXICO – FEBRUARY 4, 2019 Thermoboxes with human remains were found in three different locations in Monterrey. Cartel warning messages were also found with the thermoboxes. The remains were found to belong to two men who were identified as key figures in a rival cartel. Both are said to have been involved in the massacre of prostitutes working for the cartel.
