JOÃO PESSOA, BRAZIL, 2016 Two young women, aged 18 and 19, were found executed in the street in the Valentina de Figueiredo neighbourhood. They were identified as Ellen Barros and Anaysa Canut. Both were from Campina Grande and lived a disorderly lifestyle and were close to criminal activity.
Some sources report that after a police search of the house of one of them, a large quantity of drugs was found there and attribute their execution to the illegal drug trade.
Other sources state that these women were responsible for the robbery of a taxi driver. They allegedly lured him to their home under the pretext of having a threesome instead of paying. There they attacked him at gunpoint and robbed him of all his money. Their execution was supposed to be revenge.
But both sources could be true.
