HUNAN, CHINA – MAY 30, 2014 A group of friends from high school went on a trip to a local dam. They had a picnic and drank beer. When they went swimming, one girl, high on alcohol, started drowning. A girl who prided herself on being a good swimmer jumped in to get her, but the drowning girl pulled her underwater with her. They both drowned.
Many people watched the incident, but no one else dared to jump into the water to save them. They were only pulled out by professional firefighting divers from a depth of 15 metres.
