ACÁMBARO, MEXICO Boss (called La Nina) of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel (CSRL) left two severed heads with a warning message. The victims are believed to be members of the rival Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generation (CJNG). Later that day, at another location in the town of Acámbaro, two black bags containing human remains were found. Shockingly, it was near a kindergarten.
