PARAGUAY Two sisters were kidnapped, tortured and executed by a drug cartel in Paraguay because they were believed to have information about the execution of the brother of the cartel boss. Their bodies were found charred in the trunk of a Ford Ranger. The heads were found in black plastic bags near the car.
