JIANGSU PROVINCE, CHINA – NOVEMBER 13, 2020 Young Chinese woman drove her BMW into the water for unknown reasons. She and her female passenger were unable to get out of the car and both drowned. Video and photo shows the sad work of rescuers as they try in vain to save their lives. Unfortunately, it was too late, as the human brain can’t last very long without oxygen. After just 4-6 minutes, the brain cells start to die irreversibly.
