ESCALANTE CITY, PHILIPPINES – JULY 1, 2017 Fishermen off the Philippine coast noticed something strange and unusual on the surface of the sea. On closer inspection, they discovered it was the bloated corpse of a woman. They pulled her aboard the boat with a fishing net. She had visible gunshot wounds on her body.
