MACHALA, ECUADOR Manuel Encalada neighborhood was shaken by the murder of a middle-aged man. In the middle of the street in broad daylight, a hitman approached him unnoticed and killed him with several gunshots. Footage recorded by a witness shows the aftermath. No further information is currently known.
