CHANTY-MANSIJSK, RUSSIA – JANUARY 30, 2024 Security camera in an elevator in a building in the Naberezhnyy residential complex captured a brutal attack on a woman. Two men brutally beat her in the elevator. They’re weren’t even shy about kicking the defenseless woman in the head.
Upon arrival at the scene, police identified all three involved. The woman is the wife of one of the men and the other man is his friend. Both of them were heavily intoxicated.
Neighbors said they are a troubled couple who often use alcohol and make noise at night. They said they had moved in as part of a government social program.
