Woman found dead by roadside

JULIACA, PERU – MARCH 3, 2014 A random passerby found the corpse of a woman on the side of the road in the Serenazgo district. He immediately called 911. Police were able to identify the woman. She was 23 years old. Her name has not been released. The victim was probably hit by a car whose driver left the scene.
