PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA – APRIL 8, 2017 Loeum Hiekphet, 33, was found dead in her rented apartment. There were several bruises on her body, which suggest that she had been beaten or even tortured before her death. Her head was submerged in a bucket containing gasoline. It’s not clear what the motive for her murder was, or who committed it.
