INDIA – AUGUST, 2026 Woman was reported missing by her family on August 7, 2026. Thirty-six hours after her disappearance, her body was found floating in a river on August 8. According to all available information, she accidentally fell into the river and drowned. Her family members did not agree to an autopsy and instead buried her according to traditional Indian customs at the site where she was found – her body was cremated on a funeral pyre beside the river.
