Woman got wrong injection at hospital

INDIA According to all available information, the woman went to the hospital for routine vaccinations. However, the doctors mixed up the injections and injected a blood thinner into her body. No sooner had the woman left the hospital than she fainted and died. Such cases are unfortunately not unique in third world countries with underdeveloped health systems.
