Woman hit by car, driver flees

JULIACA, PERU – JANUARY 15, 2014 Emergency responders received a call that there was a vehicle on Av. Independencia street a woman was lying dead on the road. They immediately went to the scene, but the woman was beyond help. It was found that she had been hit by a car whose driver had fled the scene.
