TIJUANA, MEXICO – AUGUST 13, 2024 Bystander videotaped the woman’s suicide. After much hesitation, she jumped off the roof of the hotel building. Although paramedics and firefighters were already present at the scene, her life could not be saved. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her age was estimated at 30 to 40 years. Motive unknown.
