Woman shot dead by two bikers in Manila

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – NOVEMBER 7, 2016 Woman was murdered in the Malate district, at the corner of Singalong Street and Quirino Avenue, in the Philippine capital. She has not been identified as Chelley Balanquit.

According to witnesses, two men on motorcycles approached her and started shooting. She was hit twice and fell dead to the ground.

Robbery has been ruled out as a motive. The men rode away immediately after her death, leaving her wallet, cell phone and all her personal valuables.
