TAGUIG CITY, MANILA, PHILIPPINES – JULY 9, 2018 A woman was shot dead on a street in Manila for unknown reasons. The assailant shot her in the face. Some sources say the woman was accompanied by a friend who was also shot but survived. Many onlookers gathered at the scene of the crime and took many photos and one short video.
