ITABUNA, BRAZIL – APRIL, 2017 Andréia de Jesus Oliveira had just celebrated her 25th birthday on the streets of the city when a hitman approached her and killed her with a shot to the heart. She fell dead on the spot. She was probably a drug user and was involved with a local gang of dealers.
