Woman stabbed her husband and slept next to his corpse for over a week

SÃO MANUEL, BRAZIL – NOVEMBER 14, 2021 The husband and wife quarreled, the wife lost control of herself and stabbed her husband to death. When the weight of the situation came upon her, she tried to live as if nothing had happened and refused to acknowledge reality. She put her husband to bed and lived with his corpse in the home for more than a week. She even slept next to him, even though the man had already begun to decompose and was infected with worms. This was only brought to an end by neighbours who looked in the window and saw his body and called the police. The woman was arrested.
