AGUSAN DEL NORTE, PHILIPPINES – APRIL 22, 2015 A woman’s corpse was found floating in the Agusan River. Local people pulled her ashore to try to give her first aid, but all efforts were already futile. She even had rigor mortis, which means she had been dead for at least six hours.
