PYAY, TAUNGOO, MYANMAR (BURMA) – FEBRUARY 17, 2013 Woman’s dead body was found under a bridge on the Chyang Khu River above the Yangon-Mandalay road. She had her head cut off and was wrapped in plastic bags. Her head was found a few hours later at another location. She must have died a torturous death because she was tied up and part of her face was missing. Someone must have hacked her with a machete. Neither the identity of the woman nor the motive for her murder has ever been made public. But during the investigation, police worked with information that the woman was about 25 years old.
