LUXOR, EGYPT – JANUARY 22, 2025 Residents of Luxor, were left shocked by a horrific incident that took place on a street in the Abu Al-Judah area. A young man under the influence of methamphetamine attacked a random man and severed his head from his body in front of everyone. The victim has been identified as 59-year-old Haggag Abu Al-Wafa.

The killer was said to be in a state of toxic psychosis and had become delusional about being stalked. He was also hallucinating, which caused him to have no control over what he was doing.
