RUSSIA – JANUARY, 2016 Russian transgender female model “Sascha Goncharov” (Probably not her real name) was kidnapped and murdered in November 2015. 10 weeks later in January 2016 her naked and half frozen body was found lying face down under a pile of leaves in a remote area of woodland. She had been partially strangled and shot in the head. Death instant. The exact location is not known but she had probably been killed somewhere else and taken there to be hidden. The body had remained undisturbed in freezing temperatures for over 2 months with little external decomposition.

Sascha had lived with her uncle but her disappearance was not reported for several weeks which placed him under suspicion of the murder. The body was stored for 6 months before being released to the family. Sascha had many photos on Instagram and was an aspiring model who was hoping to move to the UK.
