ALAGOINHAS, BRAZIL – APRIL 28, 2024 The corpse of a woman was found in Alagoinhas, which is about 100 km from the city of Salvador. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Elizabeth Vanezza Alexandre de Carvalho. She had multiple stab wounds on her body.

The woman’s clothes, a knife guard covered in blood and an abandoned car were also found near her dead body.
Police said they have seized many leads that point the investigation to a specific person. Unofficial sources say she was stabbed to death by her boyfriend.
