SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – JANUARY 30, 2018 Kilvianny Amarante Pérez, 14, has been reported missing for several days. Her body was found in the El Cachón de la Rubia sector of the city. Amarante showed signs of having been violently killed. Police arrested her 27-year-old boyfriend.
