18 people died when bus overturned

OAXACA, MEXICO – OCTOBER 6, 2023 A bus carrying migrants from countries such as Venezuela and Haiti overturned on the 53rd kilometer of the highway connecting the cities of Oaxaca and Cuacnopalan. 18 dead and 29 injured were reported. The migrants were likely on their way to cross the United States. One of the surviving migrants filmed the aftermath on his mobile phone.
