ELIAS PIÑA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – JUNE 11, 2020 The dead body of 18-year-old Hedel Contreras Rosario was found by a farmer near his farm. The first suspect in the murder was her cousin Joel Contreras, who was questioned but later released. The killer could not be caught.
