PERU – SEPTEMBER, 2019 Man suspected of murdering a woman refused to surrender to police officers. His aggressive behavior forced the officer to use his service weapon. The man was shot several times and collapsed to the ground. Upon the arrival of paramedics, he was pronounced dead. No further information is currently available.
