DUMAGUETE, PHILIPPINES – SEPTEMBER 16, 2017 April Love Bien, 30, and Meagan Anne Noble, 21, were shot and killed by two unknown men on a motorcycle while they were being transported in a tricycle (tuk tuk). Both women were ATM scammers for a living. It can be assumed that their murder was related to this.
