MAY 24, 2015 21-year-old female drug user was outside her house talking to neighbours when she was disturbed by a man. He pulled out a gun and started shooting at her. She died after some time in agony.
The young woman was known around town as a notorious drug user. It’s likely that she owed the cartel money.
